Crab meat Chawanmushi:

Superb sweetness...

                                     

Tamago: Brings me back to Tsukiji where we bought a whole box of tamago back home..This is of course not as good as that found in Tsukiji, but its rather close in terms of taste. A little harder though.

The roe just burst in your mouth man!!!! Very thick salmon too. Very nice.

The mini abalone Warship: Very QQ abalone. Is not a must try..haha.

But the one beside the Abalone is very nice. It is the wasabi squid warship. Very QQ and full of freshness...

This is the surf clam sashimi. It is very soft, not the crunchy or Q type. Sweet though. Can try if you like to, but if you are expecting the cruchy and Q type like squid or sea cucumber, then don't try. =) Save your money and tummy for other things.

Chef's special:
Kurobuta steak served with Mash potato at the bottom. Not sure if the meat is supposed to taste a little bit raw, like medium? The attractive part is the mash, not really the steak... Ok only. They stopped serving this dish. Maybe it will come back again? I don't know..

Very juicy dish with a generous portion of mozzarella cheese to make it more so nice!

Banger and Mash:
The Mash is very light, the sauce is a little sourish (seems to have a tinge of Assam and Sour cream taste).
The banger sausages are nice. First bite is just so so, but the taste will ooze with more munches. =)

Fish Chowder: The soup of the day! This is the best soup of the day i have ever tasted. The fish is not 'fishy' and the soup is full of the seafood sweetness. Cannot describe...Cool!!!

Can't remember the name of the dish.
It is 'Butter milk Hotcake'. Don't think you would ever want to go back to MacDonald if you have tasted this hotcakes before. They are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.. =)

This is brownie: Comes with a scope of Vanilla ice-cream. Best brownie we have ever tasted. Should give it a try. Not those hard and chewy type that I have tasted before. This is quite soft and fluffy and made very flavourful with the chocolate and nuts in the brownie.

Honey crumble affogato: vanilla ice-cream, espresso, honeycomb crunch

This is an amazing dessert. The shot of expresso, chocolate chunks and chunks of honeycomb crunch mix so well with the vanilla ice-cream. One can't stop eating this..haha
